Booking and Payment: A deposit is usually required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid before the safari begins, and failure to pay may result in cancellation of the trip.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary depending on the safari package you choose. Make sure you understand the terms and conditions before booking. Generally, cancellations made within three months period of time before the start of the safari may result in a 35% or full loss of the deposit.
Changes to the Itinerary: Alledom Safaris company may make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or other factors beyond their control. In some cases, the company may offer alternative activities or accommodations, but they are not obligated to do so.
Health and Safety: Safaris can involve physical activities, such as walking or hiking, so it is important to have a good level of physical fitness. Some safaris may also require vaccinations or medications, such as malaria prophylaxis. It is important to consult with your doctor before embarking on a safari.
Liability: Alledom Safari is generally not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during the safari, unless it is caused by their own negligence. Make sure you have adequate travel insurance to cover any potential risks.
Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any necessary visas or permits. The safari company is not responsible for any issues related to travel documents.
Baggage: Safari companies may have restrictions on the amount and size of baggage that can be brought on the trip, especially if the safari involves flights on small aircraft. It is important to check with the safari company for specific baggage restrictions.
